Purchase Rules

- If you encounter any issues, contact support through the ticket system.
Refund Policy
Note: Refunds are only possible if the service has not been delivered by us.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.
- Refunds will be credited to the user's wallet.
- No refunds for delivered services.
Payment Rules
- Payment is available via internal wallet or card-to-card bank transfer.
- For card payments, receipt image and tracking code are mandatory.
- The transferred amount must exactly match the order amount.
- Card payments are confirmed after admin review.
